SpeakCRM ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Utalyq LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SpeakCRM mobile application, web console, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account & Authentication Data. When you sign in via Salesforce OAuth, we receive your Salesforce user ID, name, email address, organization ID, and profile information. We do not store your Salesforce password.
CRM Data. The Service accesses your Salesforce data (contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, events, etc.) in real time to respond to your requests. CRM data is processed transiently and is not permanently stored on our servers.
Voice & Text Input. When you interact with SpeakCRM via voice or text, your input is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for natural language processing. We do not store voice recordings. Text transcriptions are held only for the duration of your active session.
Device Information. We collect device tokens for push notifications, device type (iOS/Android), and basic device metadata necessary for delivering notifications.
Location Data. If you grant permission, we may collect your approximate location to provide location-aware features (e.g., nearby accounts). Location data is not stored beyond your active session.
Usage Analytics. We collect aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage data to improve the Service, including feature usage frequency and error rates.

Session data (conversation history, CRM query results) is held in memory only for the duration of your active session and is discarded when the session ends. Device tokens for push notifications are retained until you unregister your device or uninstall the application. Administrative configuration data (navigator settings, platform event configurations) is retained for the duration of your organization's subscription.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure token handling, and PII tokenization during AI processing. Salesforce access tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. We never store your Salesforce credentials.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as described in this policy (with third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service) or as required by law.
